Job Summary

*Household Manager/Nanny Position*

Pittsburgh, PA | Mt. Lebanon

• Start Date: As soon as the perfect fit is found!
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 3pm; Friday optional/flexible; Guaranteed 140 hours every 4 weeks
• Hourly Rate: $26-32
• Children: 4 year old and 2 year old
• Paid Vacation: 1 week paid of the family’s choice, 1 week paid of the nanny’s choice, 3 sick or personal days and major holidays

Responsibilities and Duties

• WHO/WHAT: Welcome to a household that runs on love, routines, and a whole lot of books! This Mt. Lebanon family is on the hunt for a calm, capable, and proactive nanny/household manager who can help them not just survive the weekly grind—but thrive. This isn’t your average nanny job; it’s a hybrid role that leans heavily on household management and partnership. Mornings will start with helping get the kids up and ready, prepping breakfast and lunches, and handling school drop-offs. After that, your role shifts into household mode where your magic will really shine—think: unloading the dishwasher, organizing the hall closet, laundry, Target runs, and the kind of behind-the-scenes support that makes the family’s evenings and weekends feel smoother, calmer, and more present. You’re not just helping manage tasks—you’re helping free up headspace so this family can enjoy more time doing the stuff they love (Like family walks, museum Saturdays, or cozy evenings spent reading); think 70% household support, 30% childcare! This family is warm, intentional, and incredibly thoughtful. Mom’s an organized system-lover and Dad thrives on routine. They believe childhood should be filled with stories, joy, and enough wiggle room for the occasional meltdown. They’re hoping to find someone who’s active, experienced, kind, and capable—someone who brings ideas and initiative, and who takes joy in keeping a household humming. If you’re a natural helper who loves lists, lives for systems, and also knows when to ditch the plan and go play, you’ll fit right in. Requirements and Benefits

• Nanny MUST have previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
